What exercises should I do or what should I eat to maintain my physical body while on birth control? - physical fluid dynamics tritton djvu
I have recently started birth control and have been noticed Sronyx water retention and several additional curves to my body. I have to build a little, it does not seem so great. I wonder if there are exercises I can keep on a weekly basis per day do / the area around the belly? Or there are things I eat or avoid? Thank you!
