I am 56 years old and suffers from rheumatoid arthritis for 10 years, it was my right knee replaced recently. My arm joints and other joints hurt. Should I continue with the other knee, and if so, how long should I take with the other? I have to take in 3 months, before taking a break? I have some exercises?
